1 Course Details

The Digital Marketing Management program provides students with hands-on digital marketing training that reflects the skills employers demand today.

This program prepares students to work in advertising, marketing, and e-business by teaching them how to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate marketing activities across commercial and industrial organizations.

Students will gain knowledge in areas such as digital advertising, marketing strategy, e-business operations, and public relations.

  • Consulting businesses in marketing and communications.

DAP101 – Introduction to Financial Accounting (40 hours)
  • This course introduces the foundational principles of financial accounting used in business operations. Students learn how to record financial transactions, understand debits and credits, prepare basic financial statements, and interpret financial information for decision-making. Emphasis is placed on the accounting cycle, journal entries, ledgers, and the preparation of income statements and balance sheets.
SFCS100 – Strategies for College Success (20 hours)
  • This course equips students with the academic and personal skills needed to succeed in post-secondary education and the workplace. Topics include time management, goal setting, study strategies, critical thinking, professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication. Students develop habits that support academic performance, accountability, and career readiness while building confidence in navigating a college learning environment.
MATH100 – Business Mathematics (40 hours)
  • This course develops practical mathematical skills required in business settings. Topics include percentages, ratios, markups and markdowns, interest calculations, payroll calculations, and basic financial problem-solving. Students apply mathematical concepts to real-world business scenarios to strengthen quantitative decision-making skills.
Introduction to Computers
  • This course provides foundational computer literacy skills necessary for academic and professional environments. Students learn basic hardware and software concepts, operating system navigation, file management, internet research techniques, email communication, and cybersecurity awareness. The course ensures students are comfortable using digital tools required throughout the program.
Introduction to Word Processing
  • This course focuses on professional document creation using word processing software. Students learn formatting techniques, document layout, tables, templates, styles, mail merge, and collaborative editing tools. Emphasis is placed on producing polished business documents such as reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
3 Admission Requirements

Prior to acceptance, applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements:

Basic Eligibility

  • Proof of Grade 12 completion or equivalent, or
  • 19 years of age or older

English Language Proficiency

Applicants must also provide evidence of English language proficiency through one of the following:

  • Secondary Education in English
    Proof that 3 years of full-time secondary education (Grades 8–12) were successfully completed in English in a country where English is a principal language.

    • May include completion of an Adult Graduation Program
    • Must provide transcripts showing Grade 12 English with a minimum grade of “C.”

  • Post-Secondary Education in English
    Completion of 2 years of full-time post-secondary education at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction (in a country where English is a principal language).

  • Approved English Language Test Scores
    Test results must be no more than two (2) years old before the program start date.Accepted tests and minimum scores:

    • IELTS Academic: Overall score 5.5 or higher
    • CAEL: Overall score 40 or higher
    • Duolingo English Test: Overall score 95 or higher
    • TOEFL iBT: Overall score 46 or higher
    • CELPIP: Listening 6, Speaking 6, Reading 5, Writing 5
    • PTE Academic: Overall score 43 or higher
    • CLBPT (Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test): Listening 6, Speaking 6, Reading 5, Writing 5
