The Cybersecurity and System Management Program at Alpha Community Outreach provides students with practical skills and foundational knowledge required to support, manage, and secure modern IT environments. The program focuses on systems administration, networking, operating systems, automation, and cybersecurity principles used in organizational infrastructures.
Students develop hands-on experience working with Windows and Linux systems, configuring and managing network environments, and administering enterprise servers. The curriculum emphasizes automation through scripting, virtualization and cloud technologies, and the implementation of security best practices to protect systems and data from evolving threats.
Graduates gain the technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities needed to support IT operations, maintain secure networked systems, and work effectively within professional technology environments while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
